Before I head out for Turkey on Wednesday, I figured I’d better finish blogging about my trip to Korea. First, more on Korean BBQ. On Saturday, while I was attending a middle school debate tournament, I ran into a debate professor, Jason, who was able to give me more information on the “gogijip” (Korean for “BBQ joint”) I had gone to on Thursday night. It turns out Jason was the first of the debate ex-pats to discover the place. He thinks the place is called Ung Dom Mal, but he wasn’t certain. What I do know is that the place is near Sungshin Women’s University and a theater district called Hyehwa.
