I spent seven hours today trying to get a new passport. I have two United States passports. Yes, that’s legal. You are allowed more than one passport if, for instance, you want to visit both Syria and Israel. There isn’t much love lost between these two countries, and Syria takes issue people who appear at their border with an Israeli (a.k.a. “the Zionist entity) stamp in their passports. You can also get a second passport if you travel a lot and sometimes need to travel on one passport while a second passport is busy getting a visa. So, here’s how today went.
